I used to hunt for and/or buy whatever customers needed from Japan.
Now I'm working with a partner in Vietnam to do the same, since I am no longer in Japan.
My price is for labor only. You pay for the items and for all shipping as well. Depending on the items and the destination, I may or may not be able to ship using tracking.
Some of the Japan gigs I have fulfilled are: hunting for and shipping Japanese snacks and other food items; hunting for and shipping Japanese toys; receiving and shipping random items to Europe; and finding, buying, and shipping 500 pairs of inexpensive Japanese chopsticks!
As long as you are willing to pay, I am willing to hunt. :-)
